How to make milky sweet potato cake

1.One large sweet potato, wash, peel and cut into thick slices
2. Place in a steamer over water and steam for fifteen minutes3.Put the steamed sweet potatoes in a bowl (the sweet potatoes are too big, I only used one-third of them) and crush them with a flat-bottomed spoon until they become pureed

4.Add two spoons of milk powder and one spoon of sugar and mix well

5.Add 20 grams of flour and mix well

6.After mixing, it will look like the picture below.I added less flour, but if I added more, the sweet potato flavor wouldn’t be as strong.You can add some flour according to your own preference

7. Spread a layer of oil in the pot , turn on low heat, use a small spoon to scoop a spoonful of step 6, put it in the pot, press it flat and make it as round as possible.

8. Turn on medium heat and wait until solidified.Use a spatula to fry the noodles until golden brown.the other side.Fry until cooked and serve out
