Ingredients
Leftover rice ( 1 bowl ) | Potatoes ( Half ) |
Shrimp ( 5 Only ) | Shepherd's purse (blanched) ( 1 group ) |
Eggs ( 1 ) | Onion (a little) |
Mozzarella cheese ( a little ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | White pepper ( a little ) |

How to make rice cakes

1. Grate the potatoes into thin strips and blanch them until cooked.Bring the thin strips of water to a rolling boil and then control the water.

2. Cut the shrimp into cubes and marinate with light soy sauce, salt and white pepper.

3. Chop onions, blanched shepherd's purse and mozzarella cheese.
