How to make potato cakes in the oven

1.Prepare a potato

2.Take off the skin, cut into small pieces and steam for ten minutes

3. Use chopsticks to poke a large piece to see if it is pink or not.Once you poke it, it will be cooked.

4.Use a rice spoon to press into puree

5. Press the potatoes, prepare sugar, high-gluten flour, butter, eggs and a little milk
6.White sugar, butter, milk, eggs and mashed potatoes are stirred together with a spoon (I only added a little milk, so I didn’t add more because I was afraid it would be too thin)
7.Sift the high-gluten flour (if the flour is too thin, you can add more)

8.Knead into dough, (wear gloves, otherwise it will not stick to your hands)

9.Pinch a small piece (about 10 grams), roll it into a ball and flatten it,

10.Put oil paper on a baking sheet, put down the prepared potato cakes, and sprinkle a little sesame seeds,

12. Bake and let cool,

11.Put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
Tips
