How to make yogurt egg pancakes

1.Prepare materials.Put the flour, baking soda, cornstarch and eggs together, then add the yogurt and mix, stirring in one direction.

2. Prepare a spoon.After the non-stick pan is heated (the temperature I used is 140 degrees), scoop a spoonful into the pan.

3. Heat over low heat until small bubbles appear on the surface, and add some raisins.

4. Wait until the small bubbles appear and decrease.

5. Flip and fry for about 20 seconds.

6.This is another cake with raisins put in too early.

1.The yogurt I use is homemade sugar-free yogurt, which is healthy.
2.Use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan without adding oil.
3.When frying, you can turn it over if small bubbles appear on the surface.Use low heat, otherwise it will burn easily.
