Don’t add too much water at one time.Stir first and feel the batter is too dry. Then add some water. It's enough if it can shake. It's best to use a non-stick pan or a frying pan to bake the pancakes. The pancakes won't fall apart.Gently shake the pan to allow the pancakes to heat evenly.
