Ingredients
Potato ( one ) | Pork filling ( 150g ) |
Onion and ginger ( Appropriate amount ) | Flour ( appropriate amount ) |
Egg ( One ) | Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) |
Pepper (appropriate amount) | Edible oil (appropriate amount span> ) |
How to make potato patties

1.Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces and steam them in a pot

2.Crush the steamed potatoes into puree

3.Put pepper, eggs, salt, light soy sauce, green onion and ginger into the pork stuffing and stir evenly in one direction

4.Put the meat filling into the mashed potatoes and mix well

5.Add appropriate amount of flour

6.Mix well
