Ingredients
Luffa ( Two ) | Pie ( One piece ) |
Eggs ( 3 ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) | Cold water ( a little ) |
Salad oil ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( 4--5 cloves ) |
How to make loofah and egg fried cakes

1.Cake slices

2.Peel and wash the loofah
3.Cut the hob block from the middle
4.Chop garlic

5.Three beaten eggs
