How to make carrot, corn and egg fried rice

1. Prepare rice, corn kernels, carrots, eggs, ham sausage

2.Wash the shallots, corn and carrots.

3.Cut green onions, carrots, and ham sausages separately

4. Beat the eggs and stir evenly

5. Boil water in a pot, add carrots and corn and blanch them for two minutes, then remove them
6. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add egg liquid and fry until solid, then add carrots and corn and stir-fry
8.Add salt, a few drops of soy sauce, stir-fry evenly

9.Finally, sprinkle in the chopped green onion, stir-fry, and serve
