Ingredients
Rice is best cooked overnight ( 400g ) | Eggs ( Two ) |
Green pepper ( One ) | Sausage ( One ) |
Sauced beef ( 60g ) | Tomato ( two ) |
Chopped green onion ( 10 grams ) | Salt ( five grams ) |
How to make assorted fried rice

1.Crush the overnight rice into small pieces in a large bowl and break them up as much as possible.

2.Cut the tomatoes, beef, ham, sausage and pepper into small dices

3. Beat the eggs and mix well

4.Put in the oil pan and stir-fry for five minutes

5.Slice another tomato and put the fried rice on the plate
