Shrimp and egg fried rice Recipe

1.Prepare materials, plus a bowl of rice

2.Dice carrots, shrimps and chives

3.Crack the eggs in a bowl

4.Put oil in a pan, heat it up, fry the eggs into egg droplets first, then add shrimps, carrots and green onions respectively, stir fry together

5. Stir-fry for one minute and then add rice and stir-fry together

6.Finally add some salt and chicken essence, and it’s ready to serve
