Ingredients
Green pepper ( 1 ) | Potato ( 1 ) |
Ham sausage ( 1 piece ) | Rice ( 1 soup bowl ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Pepper( a little ) |
MSG( A little ) | Onions ( 3 roots ) |
How to make fried rice with shredded green peppers and potatoes

1. Peel and wash potatoes, wash green peppers and onions, ham sausage and rice.

2. Cut the potatoes into shreds (or rub them into shreds with tools) and cut the ham into thick pieces Shred green peppers and green onions.

3. Soak potato shreds in clean water to remove excess starch.

4. Remove the dry water.

5.Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add shredded potatoes, shredded green peppers, and ham sausage stir fry.

6. Use a spatula to shovel the side dishes aside, (low heat) pour in the rice, Break it up with a spatula.

7. Stir fry evenly over high heat.

8.Add light soy sauce and pepper and stir well.

9.Add salt, MSG and chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

10.Place on a plate and serve.
Tips
Soak the shredded potatoes in water to remove the starch and fry them to make them crispier.Try not to make the rice too soft, it will taste better when fried if it is firmer.(MSG can be added according to personal taste).
