Leftover rice ( 200g ) | Egg ( 1 ) |
Lee Kum Kee soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make soy sauce and egg fried rice

1.Prepare all ingredients.

2.Chop green onions and beat eggs

3. Add oil to the pot.When the oil is hot, pour in the beaten egg liquid and quickly spread it with chopsticks.

4.Pour in the remaining rice.

5.Add appropriate amount of salt.

6.Turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for one minute.

7. Stir the rice evenly and add soy sauce.
