How to make scallion, carrot and fried rice

1. Prepare ingredients, wash your hands and do not dry them , break up the rice so it doesn’t stick to your hands and is easy to break up

3.Cut carrots into small pieces

4. Boil water and blanch carrots for about 30 seconds
