Ingredients
Pineapple ( Half ) | Rice ( 1 bowl ) |
Eggs ( 2 ) | Cucumber ( Half one ) |
Carrot ( Half root ) | Shrimp ( 100g ) |
Edible oil (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for pineapple and shrimp fried rice

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Take out the pineapple flesh and cut it into small pieces.

3. Cut the cucumbers and carrots into small pieces.

4. Beat the eggs and set aside.

5. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to the shrimps and mix well and set aside.(I used threaded shrimp, which is much more convenient)

6. Heat the oil in the pan until Eighty percent hot.

7. Pour in the egg liquid to set, stir-fry and scoop out.

8. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan and heat it until it is 80% hot.

9. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for a while.

10.Add cucumber and carrot and stir-fry for a while.

11.Add pineapple and stir-fry for a while.
