How to make egg fried rice

1.Cut carrots, green peppers, and ham into cubes and prepare them.Poke peas and corn kernels with boiling water and set aside

2.Cut onion and ginger and set aside

3.Beat the eggs with a little water and stir-fry quickly over medium heat to make them more tender

4.Add oil , sauté onions and garlic over low heat until fragrant, add carrots, green peppers, ham, corn kernels and peas and stir-fry, add salt when almost cooked

5.Add steamed rice and scrambled eggs and stir-fry quickly to avoid sticking to the pan
Tips
When steaming rice, add a drop of sesame oil to make the rice spread easily
