Carrot ( small half root ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) |
Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | Shredded ginger (appropriate amount) |
White sugar ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Preparation materials: mushrooms, scallops, dried seaweeds, shrimps, seaweed, carrots.(Soak dried seaweed, dice mushrooms, wash scallops without soaking in water, chop seaweed, shred carrots)
