Ingredients
Leftover rice ( 1 bowl ) | Pineapple ( 1/2 pieces ) |
Ham sausage ( 1 piece ) | Eggs ( 2 pieces ) |
Carrot ( Small segment ) | Cucumber ( Small segment ) |
Green beans (appropriate amount) | Corn kernels ( Adequate amount ) |
Cooked peanuts ( 1 handful ) | Edible oil ( 50g ) |
Salt ( 1/2 spoon ) | White sugar ( 1/4 spoon ) |
Chicken essence ( 1/4 spoon ) |
How to make pineapple fried rice
1. Prepare the required materials and sprinkle the rice.

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, blanch the green beans and corn kernels until they are medium cooked

3. Cut carrots, ham sausage, pineapple and cucumber into pieces.

4. Beat the eggs, add oil to the hot pot, fry the eggs into egg flakes, and scoop them out

5.Add oil to the pot, add diced carrots and stir-fry

6.Add ham and stir-fry evenly

7.Add green beans and corn kernels and stir-fry evenly

8.Add the rice and stir-fry for a longer time.The water in the rice will be drier and more fragrant

Tips Shi
The cooking oil can be changed to lard, which will be more fragrant, but vegetable oil is relatively healthier
