Ham sausage ( 1 piece ) | Carrot ( Half one ) |
Corn ( A small amount ) | Beans ( A small amount ) |
Overnight meal ( One bowl ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Salad oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pineapple fried rice

1.Wash the pineapple and cut it in half

2.Scrape out the pineapple flesh with a spoon

3.Soak the pineapple meat in salt water

4. Dice the carrots , blanch together with corn and beans

5. Cut the ham into cubes and set aside.

6. Fry the eggs first, then fry them and put them in a bowl for later use

7.Put some salad oil in the pot, first add the corn, carrots and beans and stir-fry

8.Add ham sausage and fry again

9.Put in white rice, scrambled eggs, and fry for a while

10.Finally, put the pineapple meat into the pot and fry it for a while
