Ingredients
Rice ( Two bowls ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |
Broccoli ( Half ) | Fruit corn ( One ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make healthy vegetable fried rice

1. Dice the carrots, cut the broccoli into small florets, and break the corn into grains
2. Prepare the steamed rice in advance
3.Heat oil in a cold pan, add carrots and fry for a minute or two

4. Again Pour in the corn kernels and stir-fry for a few times

5.Pour in the broccoli and stir-fry

6.Pour in the rice and stir-fry evenly.When cooked, add salt and serve.

7.Ready to eat
Tips
The rice can be leftover rice from the night before, as long as the corn is fresh , be sure to stir-fry over medium-low heat when frying
