How to make egg fried rice (chopped pepper version)

1. Beat the eggs evenly in one direction, as shown in the picture

2. Fry the eggs in oil and break them up with a spatula.I was taking pictures and the eggs were fried

3.Put in a little oil, pour in the rice, and use a spatula to press the clumps of rice into rice grains

4.Add some light soy sauce to color and stir-fry until the color is uniform

5.Add the cooked eggs and chop the pepper

6.Sprinkle in chopped green onion and serve on a plate!
Tips
Don’t chop as much pepper as I pictured.You don’t need to add salt.You can also add bean sprouts for a better taste!
