Ingredients
Rice ( 1 bowl ) | Carrot ( 1 segment ) |
Onion ( 1 small ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 1 tsp ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |

1.Peel the carrots and wash the onions

2. Cut the carrots and onions into dices ( I cut it roughly)

3.Put an appropriate amount of oil in a hot pan and crack in the eggs

4.Crush into egg yolks

5.Add carrots and onions and stir-fry evenly

6.Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp light soy sauce, add rice, stir-fry and press open

7.Fry until the grains are separated and the color is uniform

8.Plate and serve
Tips
Don’t make the fire too hot If it is too strong, it will be easily blurred.
