Clam ( 300g ) | Rice ( 250g ) |
Eggs ( 2 ) | Seafood soy sauce ( a little ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper (appropriate amount) |
Chives ( 1 tree ) | Cooking wine ( a little ) |
How to make clam fried rice

1. Wash the clams, Soak in clean water with salt for more than 2 hours.

2. Wash the soaked clams several times with water again, boil water in a pot and add ginger slices , add a little cooking wine, cover and cook.

3.Open your mouth and fish them out for later use

4.Peel and leave the clam meat

5.Prepare the rice

6.Stir two eggs

7. Heat oil in a pot and fry eggs until cooked

8.Push the fried eggs over the rice and stir-fry

9. Stir-fry the egg and rice evenly.Add seafood soy sauce, pepper and salt and stir-fry evenly.

10.Add clam meat and stir-fry evenly

11.Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped chives
