Ingredients
Rice ( One plate ) | Carrot ( Half ) |
Red pepper ( half ) | Ginger ( 3 slices ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Cumin powder ( 2 spoons ) |
White pepper ( 2 spoons ) | Sauerkraut ( Personal taste ) |
Sour vat beans ( Personal taste ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Sesame oil ( 3 spoons ) | Olive oil ( 5 spoons ) |
How to make assorted fried rice

1.Chop the red pepper, carrot and ginger into fine pieces

2.Pot Pour olive oil into the pot, heat until 50% hot, add minced ginger, stir-fry until fragrant

3.Add carrots Stir until evenly

4.Add minced red pepper and rice
6.Add sauerkraut and sour beans (you can omit it if you don’t like it, or add your favorite pickles), stir-fry evenly and remove from the pot

5. Stir well and add sesame oil, dried shrimps and seasonings,
Tips
Put the minced ginger into the pot, do not stir-fry it.Once it turns yellow and becomes soft
