How to make bacon and egg fried rice

1.200 grams of white rice, 2 eggs, and 4 slices of bacon.Set aside.

4. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat into egg liquid for later use.

Tips
1.Just leave a little base oil in the pan after frying the eggs, because frying bacon itself will produce oil.
2.Bacon and soy sauce are both salty, so there is no need to add salt.
3.The types of side dishes can be mixed as you like, including green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.
4.You can also add black bean sauce and stir-fry, the taste will be richer.This time I want to use millet pepper to add color, so I didn’t add black bean paste to stir-fry, for fear that it would be too spicy.
