How to make golden fried rice

1.Cut carrots, cucumbers and onions into dices

2.Wash the shrimps, pour in a little cooking wine, and marinate with minced ginger

3.Separate the egg yolk and egg white, and beat the egg yolk directly into the rice

4.Pour a little olive oil and egg yolk into the rice and mix thoroughly
