Edamame ( Appropriate amount ) | Corn kernels ( Appropriate amount ) |

Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make egg fried rice

1. Prepare fresh edamame shells, corn kernels, and diced carrots.

2.Crack the eggs into a bowl, add some salt and mix well.

3. Heat the oil in the pan and pour in the stirred egg liquid.

4. Remove the scrambled eggs and set aside.

5. Boil the edamame in boiling water and remove.

6. Pour oil into the hot pan, add edamame, corn, and carrots and stir-fry for two minutes.

7. Pour in the scrambled eggs and cooked rice.

8.Add some salt and stir-fry the light soy sauce evenly.

9.Plate and serve.If you don’t have chopped green onion at home, sprinkle some chopped green onion if you have.
