How to make tomato and egg fried rice

1. Heat the pot and pour cold oil into the pot.Add appropriate amount of oil.

2. Beat the eggs, stir well, pour into the pot and stir-fry.

3.Add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry briefly.

4.Add rice and stir-fry.

5.Add some cooking wine.

6.Add salt.

Tips
1.My rice is leftover rice, which is relatively hard and can be pressed down in the pot with a shovel.
