Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Cold rice ( One plate ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Chives ( 2 trees ) | Five-spice powder ( 1g ) |
Salt ( 2 grams ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
How to make egg fried rice

1.A plate of cold rice and set aside.Wash and cut the chives into flowers.Prepare 2 eggs.

2.Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and mix well.

3. Heat the wok until it is 80% hot, pour in an appropriate amount of oil and bring to a boil, then pour in the egg liquid , use a spatula to divide.(Fry the eggs over high heat for one minute and the eggs will be cooked)

4.Turn off the heat, use a spatula as shown in the picture Crush the eggs.Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

5. Heat the wok 70% and pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Pour in the rice and turn to medium-low heat.Use a spatula to break up the rice.

7.Add a little salt, one gram of five-spice powder and stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.

8.Pour in the scrambled eggs.Stir fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.Soft and delicious egg fried rice is ready.

9. Serve in a bowl (plate).
Tips
After the rice is poured into the pot, stir it constantly with a spatula to avoid burning it.
