How to make fried rice with diced vegetables and pork

1.The ingredients are as shown in the picture

2. Cut the pork into small cubes, add a little corn starch and oyster sauce and mix well; cut the cucumber and carrot into cubes; flatten and chop the shallots.

3.Pour a little oil into a clean pot and sauté the chopped onions

4.Add the diced pork and stir-fry until half cooked (the heat can be adjusted appropriately)

Tips
Rice fresh or It can be made with leftover rice; stir well before adding to the pot and stir-fry easily.
