How to make stir-fried steamed buns with seasonal vegetables

1.Cut the steamed buns into small cubes and set aside!

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add white pepper, salt, cooking wine, and two spoons of warm water Mix well!

3. Dice tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and onions separately and set aside!
