Ingredients
Bean sprouts (a pound) | Dried tofu (two pieces span> ) |
Carrot ( Half root ) | Green onions (appropriate amount) |

How to make fried bean sprouts and dried tofu

1. Cut the dried tofu, carrots, green onions and ginger into shreds and set aside

2.Wash the mung bean sprouts and set aside

3.Saute onion and ginger under hot oil

4.Add dry tofu and stir-fry for a while

5.Add shredded carrots, add thirteen spices, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little vinegar and continue stir-frying until the shredded carrots become soft

6.Add the bean sprouts last and stir-fry until the bean sprouts become soft.You can also add a small amount of water to simmer to make the bean sprouts softer and more flavorful
