Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

1. Prepare leftover noodles ( I overcooked the noodles at noon and left over) hahaha

2.Eat the remaining tomatoes for lunch Braised

3.Put oil in the pot, and when the oil is hot, add the remaining noodles

4.Add noodles and stir-fry

5. When the noodles are fried and dry, pour in tomato and egg marinade.
Remarks: The noodles will be dry but be sure not to burn them.
6.Continue to stir-fry until all the tomato marinade juice is dry.
Tips
If you like the tomato juice to be richer, just stir-fry the noodles until they are fragrant and then scoop them out.You don’t have to wait until they are dry.
