Ingredients
Noodles ( Two and a half pieces ) | Onions ( A few strips ) |
Eggs ( three ) | Chopped green onion ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( Four spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Sugar ( Half a spoon ) | Water ( Half a small bowl ) |
How to make fried noodles with eggs

1. Bring the pot to a boil, put the washed noodles into the pot and bring to a boil

2.Put the blanched noodles into cold water to supercool, remove and set aside

3.After taking it out, put the noodles into a clean plate, pour oil on it and mix well

4.Beat the eggs
5.Wash the green onions and cut them into small sections, then chop some green onions

6. Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the eggs and fry until brown, set aside.

7. Adjust the sauce , mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and water into juice and set aside

8. Heat the pot Add oil, when the oil is hot, pour the noodles in and stir-fry, then pour in the prepared sauce, then add the chopped green onion, then add the eggs and stir-fry.
