How to make fried noodles with mixed vegetables

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2.Clean, cut and set aside.

3. Boil the water until the noodles are 7 or 8 minutes cooked.(Boil water in a pot, add noodles and cook, stirring with chopsticks while cooking to avoid sticking together).

4. After the noodles are cooked, pour them in cold water, drain the water, and mix well with oil. This is to prevent the noodles from being too sticky when frying, and the fried texture will be stronger.

5.Crack the eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, beat into egg liquid, and wait until use.

6. Heat the oil in a pan, add the egg liquid, stir-fry until it forms chunks, and serve out.

7. Then add the garlic sprouts in the fried duck egg oil and stir-fry for a while.

8.Add cabbage in order and stir-fry for a while, then add bean sprouts and carrot shreds.

9. Stir-fry until cooked and change color.Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce.(It is best to use a little dark soy sauce to add very fresh soy sauce or light soy sauce, so that the noodles will not only have a good color but also a good taste.)

10.Add the cooled noodles and continue stir-frying.

11.Finally, add garlic leaves and fried duck eggs and stir well.

12. Take it out of the pot, put it on a plate, and you can eat it beautifully.
Tips
1.The noodles must be hard, otherwise they will be too soft and chewy after cooking, and they will easily stick to the pan and become unclear when fried.
2.When cooking noodles, just boil the pot, that is, it is 8 minutes cooked. If it is overcooked, it will become sticky and unpalatable.
3.Pour the cooked noodles through water, and then control the excess water in the noodles so that the fried noodles will be dry and fragrant.
