Round noodles ( One pound ) | Onions ( 1 ) |
Carrots ( 1 piece ) | Cabbage ( Half one ) |
Red pepper ( 2 pieces ) | Eggs ( 6 ) |
How to make assorted fried noodles

1. Put less than the oil, add the beaten eggs when the oil is hot, stir-fry for one minute until it forms lumps, put it on a plate and set aside; add less than the oil, the oil 70% heat, add onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry, then add shredded cabbage, carrots, onions, red peppers, stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked, add less than light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, turn off the heat and set aside

2.Cook the noodles until cooked, rinse with cold water and set aside

3.Pour the cooked noodles into the vegetables and stir-fry until evenly distributed, then remove from the pan and serve
Tips
Run the noodles under cold water to soften them, and drain the shredded carrots into boiling water to remove the smell.
