How to make homemade fried noodles

1. Boil the noodles, rinse them with cold water, then drain them and set aside.

2. Wash the rapeseed, cut the luncheon meat and carrots into small dices, shred the onion, wash the bean sprouts, beat the eggs, chop the green onions, and ginger.Shred the garlic, slice the garlic, salt, sugar, MSG, oil, and light soy sauce and prepare them.

3.Heat oil in the pot.

Tips
After the noodles are cooked, rinse them with cold water.Be sure to drain the water and put it into a plate for later use.Do not leave any excess.Moisture, otherwise the noodles will not be chewy.
