How to make homemade fried noodles

1.Knead the dough with an appropriate amount of water.If you are not sure, you can add it slowly
2.After kneading the dough, let it sit for a while
3.While waiting, you can slice the carrots and ham

4.Wash the vegetables.I used fine greens, so I didn’t cut them.
