How to make red bean and sweet potato buns

1.Prepare the red bean paste first (there is a method for making red bean paste in my previous recipe)

2.Knead sweet potatoes, flour, yeast powder and water into a smooth dough (steamed sweet potatoes)

3. Ferment until doubled in size

4.Knead the dough again and cut into small pieces

5.Wrap and proof 20 minutes

6. Then steam for 15 minutes

7.The fragrant buns are ready to be baked
