Warm water ( appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make tofu buns
1. Soak the yeast in warm water.
2. Pour into the noodles bit by bit and use chopsticks to stir into cotton wool.

3.Knead into a smooth dough and ferment in a warm place for 1 hour.

4.Chop the chicken, green onions and ginger together.

10. Let the noodles ferment until doubled in size.If there are obvious silk holes on the edges, it means that the noodles are Fermentation is ready.

11. Knead for a while to release the air, knead into long strips, and divide into dough of the same size.

12. Roll the dough into dough.
