Ingredients
Toast slices ( 3 slices ) | Poached eggs (one) |
Ham ( Appropriate amount ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |
Cooked corn kernels ( appropriate amount ) | |
Mayonnaise ( One tablespoon ) |
How to make falafel

1.Cut the carrots and ham into cubes and set aside.

2. Mix the carrot cubes, ham and cooked corn kernels with a little salt and a tablespoon of mayonnaise Evenly.

3. Spread on toast slices.

4.Cover with another layer of toast and press it slightly.(I used three layers)

5.Cut off the toast edges.

6. Just cut it into appropriate size.
Tips
You can also add ketchup, sesame sauce, etc.to the sandwich.
