Ingredients
Original Greek yogurt (2/3 cup ) | Toast (the original recipe uses French sticks) ( 2 slices ) |
Eggs ( 8 ) | Tomatoes ( 2 span> ) |
Ripe avocado ( 1 piece ) | Arugula (or other salad greens) ( 2 cups ) |
Sea salt and black pepper (appropriate amount) | Dill ( 1 teaspoon ) |
| Mayonnaise ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Greek Yogurt Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

1. Boil the eggs in water, then peel and dice them (you can also chop them into pieces), then pour them into a large bowl with Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, black pepper, and salt.

2. Mix all the ingredients to make egg salad.

3. Spread an appropriate amount of arugula, tomato, avocado and egg salad on a piece of toast.Then cover with another piece of toast.
Tips
If you like it to taste more delicious, the toast slices can be toasted or fried in advance.
