Ingredients
Noodles ( 300g ) | Peanut oil ( 3 liang ) |

How to make noodles with scallion oil

1.Prepare the ingredients, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, tangerine peel, bay leaves, shallots.Cut the green onion leaves into small sections and shred the shallots.

2.Put peanut oil, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, tangerine peel, bay leaves, and red pepper into a non-stick pan Stir-fry shredded onions over low heat until fragrant.

Tips
