Ingredients
June Sweet Bean Paste ( 2 tablespoons ) | June Sweet Noodle Sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
| Pork belly ( 200g ) | White sugar ( A spoonful ) |
cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | MSG ( A small amount ) |
Green onion (half root) |
How to make noodle sauce

1.Prepare materials,

2.Wash the pork belly Cut the green onion into cubes,

3. After heating the pan, add the pork belly without adding oil ,

4.Stir fry for a while and add cooking wine,

5.Stir fry until the pork belly is oily,
6.Add 2 tablespoons of bean paste,

7. Again Add 2 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce,

8.Continue to stir-fry and add sugar and MSG,

9.Add a small amount of water and stir over low heat to avoid sticking to the pan.

10.Pour in the chopped green onions, stir-fry over low heat until the water dries up, and it's ready.

11.Take photos.
Tips
It is best to use pork belly when making noodle sauce.Do not add salt when frying to avoid being overly salty.
