
Ingredients
Noodles ( Serves 2 ) | Lean pork ( Moderate amount ) |
Carrot ( Half root ) | Green pepper ( 1 ) |
Onions ( 2 trees ) | Cilantro ( 1 tree ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Raw Smoked ( 1 tbsp ) |
Dark smoked ( 2 tablespoons ) | Chicken essence ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Sweet noodle sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) | White pepper ( a little ) |
How to make noodles

1.Ingredients: Wash; peel onions, coriander, lean meat, carrots and garlic, remove seeds from green peppers

2.Chop lean meat, dice carrots and green peppers, chop garlic and green onions

3.Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, sauté garlic and green onions until fragrant

4.Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry

5.Pour in diced carrots and stir-fry

6.Pour in diced green pepper and stir-fry

7.Add appropriate amount of green water, 1 tablespoon chicken essence, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sweet noodle sauce, and a little white pepper

8. After boiling, take out the pot, put it in a bowl, add chopped green onions and coriander, stir and set aside

9.Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, (it’s okay to add too much water, but you’re afraid the noodles will become lumpy if you add too much water).Bring to a boil and cook the noodles.,

10.After cooking, take a plate, pick it up and put it on the plate

11.Pour on the previously cooked seasoning
12.Stir evenly and a delicious bowl of noodles is ready
