Noodles ( Moderate amount ) | Sesame paste ( Two spoons ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two scoops ) | Fuel consumption ( One scoop ) |
Sesame oil ( a small amount ) | |
Cucumber ( a small section ) | Carrot ( A small section ) |
Egg ( One ) | Garlic ( One clove ) |
How to make cold noodles

1. Cut fish sausage, cucumber and carrot into shreds.Beat an egg evenly and fry an egg pancake in a pan and cut into shreds.Pound the garlic into minced garlic.

2. Boil water and cook noodles.

3.Pour three times in cold water.

4.Two spoons of sesame paste, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oil, a small amount of sesame oil and minced garlic , stir evenly.(If it feels too dry, you can add a small amount of boiled water)

5. Add a small amount of olive oil to the noodles and plate , OK!
