How to make five-spice noodles

1.Cut onion, ginger, dried chili pepper, pepper and star anise and set aside.

2. Stir 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar and half a spoon of sugar evenly and set aside.

3. Wash the cucumber, peel and shred and set aside.

4. Heat the wok, put an appropriate amount of peanut oil, add onion, ginger, dried chili pepper, pepper and star anise and fry until fragrant.

Tips
1.It should have medium-thick and round noodles with good taste.
2.When boiling soy sauce, the heat should be low and it will be ready for about a minute.If the time is short, it will smell like raw soy sauce.If the time is long, it will become mushy and the nutrients will be lost, so be sure to grasp the time well.
