Ingredients
Green onions ( 1 section ) | Carrot ( Half a ) |
Tomatoes ( 1 ) | Rape ( 3 ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Tomato sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Vinegar ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make noodles with oyster sauce and tomato sauce

1. Can you buy ready-made pressed noodles in the supermarket? Put them in a pot under boiling water

2.When the noodles are almost cooked, add the washed rapeseed and cook together

3. Remove from the pan, cool and set aside

4.Cut green onions, dice tomatoes and carrots, mix oyster sauce, tomato paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and vinegar and set aside.

5.Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, add the chopped green onion and saute until fragrant

6.Then add tomatoes and diced carrots and stir-fry

7.Add the cooked noodles, pour on the sauce, and stir-fry over low heat

Tips
The proportion of the sauce should be well matched.This is the amount for two people, which is fine; add an appropriate amount of salt and adjust the amount of sugar and vinegar according to personal taste.
