How to make chocolate dumplings

1.Put chocolate into a bowl, add softened butter and powdered sugar.

2. Stir over water until completely melted, as shown in the picture.(The water temperature should not exceed 60°.)

3. Then pour in the oil paper, flatten it and put it in Refrigerate until solid.

4. After solidification, take it out, divide it and round it into small balls, and put it in the refrigerator again to shape.

5. Skin ①: Add glutinous rice flour to boiling water and mix well.

11. Divide into small noodles of even size in advance.

14. Wrap each one into a small glutinous rice dumpling and set aside.

Tips
①The purity of chocolate is different, and the sweetness will be different.Add sugar powder appropriately.
