Ingredients
Lettuce ( 500g ) | Vida Premium Oyster Sauce ( 15ml ) |
June Fresh 12g matsutake soy sauce ( 15ml ) | Laxseed oil ( 15ml ) |
How to make lettuce with oyster sauce

1.Prepare ingredients: wash 500 grams of lettuce, linseed oil, oyster sauce and lightly salted matsutake soy sauce

2.Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil

3.After boiling, add washed lettuce and blanch

4. Blanch the lettuce for 2 minutes

5.Drain the blanched lettuce and put it on a plate

6.Put 1 into the bowl spoon (15 ml) of Vitamax Oyster Sauce

7.Put in 1 scoop (15 ml) June Fresh 12g lightly salted matsutake soy sauce

8.Stir well and set aside
