3. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 70% hot

4.Add the peppers Fry the rings

5.Add the sausage and stir-fry until slightly oily

6.Pour in diced carrots and lettuce and stir-fry evenly

7.Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry

8.Pour all the fried ingredients on top of the washed rice and spread it evenly with a shovel

9.Pour in appropriate amount of water (just enough to cover the dishes)

10.Close the lid and press start.Just cook it as standard and wait until it is cooked

11.It’s finally ready, don’t rush to open the lid and let it simmer for about ten minutes

12. Open the lid, and the aroma that comes to you is so delicious

13.Sprinkle some chives

14. Stir it with a rice shovel. Each rice will be golden yellow and full of fragrance.

15.The rice grains are golden yellow, a little tough, and have the spicy flavor of sausage. It’s really good.So delicious! !
Tips
(1) You don’t need to stir-fry it until it’s cooked, just lightly stir-fry it.(2) After steaming the rice, simmer it for ten minutes to make the rice grains more flavorful and less wet. There is a lot of rice in the pot just after steaming. If you open the rice in a hurry due to moisture, it will become sticky and inelastic
